The Three Basic econimic questions are WHAT to produce,HOW to produce, and for WHOM to produce. The question WHAT to produce is concerned with making goods for defense or for producing services for people who are too sick to work or are retired. The Second question HOW asks if we need crude oil if we should drill in area's or should we restrict oil recovery to more traditional areas. The Final question for WHOM asks who Benefits more from the products for example, the new school, the new cars etc.
