Division labor is the breaking down of a job into seperate smaller task to be performed individually. This way managing certain things would be easier...
Division of labor means the breaking doqwn of one big job into seoperate little jobs for people to do individually. i believe it improves efficiency because now one single person doesnt need to do everything by him/her self. for example if a worker at a toy manufacturing company is making barbies that means with the division of labor that one person is screwing on the head and the arms and then another puts in the legs and then its shipped to clothing and what not it means that they split the work evenly which calls for faster production out puts and fewer mistakes.
