THE USCIS HAS TO make sure that the person who is trying to become a citizen has no criminal record. the Uscis also has to check into the persons background, family history and so on. the uscis also has to perform certain medical tests. The Uscis has to look for syphilis, turbuculosis and other deadly diseases before the person can become a united states citizen.
